Tompkinsville Pier & Esplanade (Staten Island, NY) for NYCEDC
Project Details: New 69,000 SQFT pier construction with 2-story maintenance building. Rehabilitation of existing esplanade along with new bulkhead, utilities upgrades, and misc. amenities. This project has a 27% DSBS M/WBE participation goal.
Procurement opportunities include vibration monitoring, various marine work (landside, waterside, diving, etc.), demo, electrical, civil and utility work, concrete work, misc. metals and amenities, landscaping, signage, MEP, curtain wall, vertical transportation, GC, millwork, division 10 specialties, flooring, roofing, tile, painting, permit expeditor, sitewide logistics, site trailers and security, etc.
