Founded in 1984 by Ginger Conrad to promote business ownership and entrepreneurial development for minorities and women as a means to building wealth, jobs, and stronger communities, the brand continues to use those founding principles as its North Star. MBE provides business management resources with an editorial focus on addressing business challenges, trends, and research, which enables diverse business owners to sustain and build upon their business success.
