MBE Magazine Staff

First open nomination cycle in seven years recognizes 10 women-owned businesses across diverse industries.

We are pleased to announce the 10 honorees of the 2026 WBEs Who Rock! recognition program. The announcement marks the program’s return after a seven-year hiatus and the first-time women entrepreneurs have been invited to nominate themselves and peers for the prestigious recognition.

The 2026 WBEs Who Rock! includes women business owners across industries—from technology and manufacturing to consulting, retail, healthcare, and beyond. Each honoree demonstrates significant revenue growth, creates jobs and generational wealth, brings innovation to their industries, overcomes substantial barriers, and actively mentors and supports other entrepreneurs.

This year’s honorees are:

“This year’s honorees represent the full spectrum of women entrepreneurship,” says Tanya Isley, publisher of MBE Magazine. “They’re not just running businesses, they’re building legacies, transforming communities, and proving that women-owned enterprises are engines of economic power. This recognition celebrates their achievements and amplifies their voices in an era when diverse business leadership has never been more crucial.”

This marks the first time WBEs Who Rock! is being presented as a fully digital showcase, expanding the program’s reach to thousands of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and corporate decision-makers. The digital platform allows for deeper storytelling, broader accessibility, and lasting recognition that extends far beyond the announcement date.

About the Program

WBEs Who Rock! has been celebrating women entrepreneurs since 2014, recognizing those who exemplify resilience, innovation, and impact. The program was established to highlight women business owners who are not just succeeding financially, but who are creating opportunities for others and transforming their industries and communities.

The 2026 recognition program represents a commitment to elevating diverse voices in business media and providing a platform where women entrepreneurs can see themselves reflected in stories of success, strategy, and sustainability.
