Brooke Foley Receives NAWBO Chicago’s 2025 Visionary Award

MBE Magazine Staff

Brooke Foley, CEO and founder of Jayne Agency, will receive the Visionary award at Women Mean Business®: NAWBO Chicago’s Regional Entrepreneurial Conference & 42nd Annual Fundraiser. This award honors an outstanding person who is a leading advocate for NAWBO Chicago and women business owners in the state of Illinois.

“Winning the Visionary Award from NAWBO Chicago means everything—because it reflects the work we’ve been doing at Jayne Agency for years: helping businesses get clear on who they are, what excellence they stand for (brand strategy), and how to move forward with purpose (vision, mission and values).

To me, vision is about creating the structure, space, and clarity to build not just better, but needed, especially for leaders growing something repeatable, dependable, and scalable. This award is a reminder that clarity creates momentum. Real, sustainable change starts with knowing your worth and aligning people, profits, and possibilities.

The NAWBO Chicago Visionary award matters because NAWBO itself is visionary. As an organization NAWBO Chicago has continued to address the evolving challenges—and opportunities—that come with being a woman, building and leading in business. They celebrate success while supporting women business leaders to amplify their inherent power.

I share this award with the clients who’ve trusted us to help them align, then grow with intention, the team who tenaciously shows up every day committed to delivering clarity, and the leaders out there building something real and lasting. This award reflects a meaningful amount of accountability, collaboration and creativity.

And if you’re looking for a better way to move forward—with clarity, confidence, and a strategy that works—let’s talk. That’s what we do. And it works.”

Women Mean Business® will take place at on April 25 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Oak Brook. The day includes educational sessions, a featured panel discussion spotlighting all the 2025 award winners, lunch, networking and concludes with the Chocolate & Cocktail Reception and Wellness Lounge. Tickets are available for purchase on the event website.
