Gen Z-Led Executive Communications and Strategic Engagement Agency Launches in DC

Gaby M. Rojas

Words Normalize Behavior has launched one of the first Black, Queer, and Gen Z-led executive communications and strategic engagement agencies across the country.

Founder and Chief Thought Leadership Officer Michael Franklin brings a wealth of experience to guide leaders with their strategy, messaging, and strategic campaign plans. Michael is the Co-Founder and Executive Director for Speechwriters of Color, a global network that has transformed the profession of speechwriting. Michael’s keen eye for developing strategies that wed traditional media approaches with innovative outreach and engagement strategies is especially prescient in a world where justice, equity, and democracy are under attack. He’s previously worked with organizations like The Collective PAC, Black Futures Lab, Fenway Strategies, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and more.

Words Normalize Behavior provides communications, coalition-building, and strategic advice to leaders who are tired of making empty statements without action. Sometimes, leaders are already doing transformative work but simply don’t have the time or the tools to tell the story of their work. Words Normalize Behavior is available to provide the following services and capacity to support:

  • Speechwriting and Ghostwriting
  • Speech Coaching and Media Training
  • Communications Strategic Planning
  • Coalition Building and Campaign Planning
  • Brand Management and Executive Positioning
  • Editing and Quality Assurance
