Soul Dust Seasoning Hits Select East Coast Stores the Week of May 19

Nicobi Foods’ Soul Dust Seasoning will be available in hundreds of select Walmart stores across the East Coast starting the week of May 19. This milestone marks the brand’s incredible journey from one store to 3,000 retail locations by December 2025.

Founded by Obi Linton (CEO) and Nicole Linton (COO), Nicobi Foods is known for bold, high- quality, and low-sodium flavors that enhance any dish. Soul Dust, available in Spicy and Mild, is a rich, smoky all-purpose seasoning perfect for meats, vegetables, and seafood.

A Story of Growth & Determination

“What started with just one store has grown into something much bigger,” says Obi Linton, co-founder and CEO. “Winning Walmart’s Golden Ticket was a game-changer for us. It proved that with focus, hard work, and belief in your vision, anything is possible. Seeing Soul Dust on Walmart shelves is not just a win for Nicobi Foods—it’s proof that small businesses can thrive on a national level.”

Bridging Cultures Through Flavor

“Food brings people together,” says Nicole Linton, co-founder and COO. “Nicobi Foods isn’t just about seasoning—it’s about connecting cultures and giving back. Our success allows us to mentor, uplift, and create opportunities for others.”

Expanding Nationwide & Giving Back

Already in over 1,000 stores, including Food Lion, Giant, and Stop & Shop, Nicobi Foods is on track to reach 3,000 locations by December 2025. The company continues to invest in Nicobi Cares, an initiative supporting food donations, small business mentorship, and youth leadership programs.
